What happens when a police career ends?

We want to know: in your force, whether it's through retirement, ill health or injury or simply resignation, what support is offered to leavers, to you?

  • If there isn't any - shameful.

  • If it's half a day on where to invest your pension - not good enough.

  • If it's telling you to become a civilian investigator because that's all there is - not good enough.

  • If it's outdated "advice" with no credibility or innovation - not good enough.
