Kate is growing the impact of the work we do at Mightify as the brains behind all things marketing. Building on a creative background in the music industry, she has managed and grown brands in a range of sectors. Also a keen volunteer for local causes, her skills and approach allow us to spread our message in ways that are as ethical as they are effective.

Peter is the father of eighteen year old twins and married to a high-performing athlete. He has worked in the public sector for the past thirty years in operational, training and management roles. He has experience in welfare matters, personal development and the multitude of issues linked to age, background, education, mental well-being and physical health. He also studied for a degree with the Open University whilst juggling work and family. Peter has coached formally and informally over the past fifteen years; working with new joiners, experienced workers and those in management roles. He has received high quality coaching in his professional and personal life and is well aware of the benefits of quality coaching. He holds a Level 3 NCFE qualification in Life-Coaching and is a Member of the Society for Education and Training (SET).
